This sermon starts the series, Glimpses of Grace. God spoke to Moses and told him that if any man were to bring him a burnt offering, of the best animal they could offer, it would be a sweet savour unto the Lord. Moses was given strict instructions for the preparation, location, and carrying out of the offerings.
Much like the sacrifices of those days, God still requires us to give Him our best, no matter what that may be. We can never give too little, or too much. So long as we offer ourselves, wholly unto the Lord, God will cleanse us and accept us just as he did the burnt sacrifice.
