In the latter part of Acts 11 we learn about a church in the city of Antioch. Antioch was a beautiful city but it was almost wholly given over to sin. Antioch was a melting pot of cultures. People from all over the world flooded to Antioch bringing their culture, their religion, and their sin.

It is in this city that something amazing happens. In Antioch God allows a church to be established that quickly becomes a model for all other New Testament churches to follow. This church is a template of what God wants our churches to look like today. Therefore in this sermon we look at the church in Antioch and see what made this church so great, and what we can do to make our churches greater.
