This sermon in the series, ‘Corinthians,’ brings us to the Corinthian church and their struggle with belief in the resurrection at the end of days. Paul explains to the church that just as Christ physically arose after his death, so shall we physically arise when He calls us at the end of days.

Much like the Corinthian church, there are those who still do not believe in physical resurrection. Paul explains that this is essential for our belief, if we truly believe Jesus died and was resurrected, we must understand that we too will be physically resurrected someday. Paul explains that Jesus was the firstfruit of resurrection of man, and so the rest of us will follow someday.
