This sermon in the new series, “Revelation,” begins our study in the book written by John. During this chapter, John sees the resurrected Christ in the middle of seven golden candlesticks with seven stars in His right hand.
The sight that John had described as he was shown it by God, was a representation of the church of today, burning as one of the seven candlesticks. Jesus is always there in the middle of the darkness, protecting the church. The strongest command that John was given was to write what he had seen, the things that are, and the things that will be hereafter, after the church.
